Miss Bliss Boutique was established in April 2009 in downtown Sidney by the Sea by John and Rhonda Hillard. Rhonda brings with her over 30 years of retail experience and her love for wonderful little 'boutique' stores. "There is something free thinking and fun about shopping in cute little boutiques that carry items not found in big department stores," she expresses.
